He lost out on that on Earth-1 and it obviously shaped who he became as The Flash and otherwise. And the "father" that Nora (or Iris…I don't remember) referred to isn't actually Henry it's a misdirect.Īll our Barry Allen ever wanted was to have a "normal" family. I don't believe that Earth-2 Henry Allen is the man that raised Earth-2 Barry. I think that Earth-2 Henry Allen and Earth-2 Nora Allen had a baby, Earth-2 Barry Allen. While Barry referred to his father while talking to Nora, he never referred to him by name, nor did Iris (his Earth-2 wife) or Nora.
I propose that Earth-2 Henry became Zoom and began terrorizing Earth-2 Central City. We saw Earth-2 Barry, we heard from Earth-2 Nora Allen and Earth-1 Barry referred to his "father" while on the phone with Earth-2 Nora but we didn't see Barry interact with Earth-2 Henry at all….or did we? Okay, so I believe that Zoom is Earth-2 Henry Allen. I have a working theory that is based on last night's episode, "Welcome to Earth-2." I've seen a bit of this theory before so I know it's not particularly original, I'm just adding my thoughts on it.
